We welcome farmers, ranchers, food makers, and artisans from Williamson County and the surrounding counties. Here's how it works.
The market groups vendors into five categories: Agricultural, Value-Added, Prepared Food, Artisan, and Guest / Special-Event vendors. Detailed descriptions of each category are in the 2026 Rules & Regulations.
To keep the market balanced, we limit how many vendors sell similar products — generally no more than two vendors per product. Fruit and vegetable growers are always exempt, and always welcome. If your category is full, we may offer you a spot on our waitlist.
All required city, county, state, and federal permits must be submitted with your application and accepted before you can sell. The application's built-in permit helper tells you exactly which permits your products need, and our online rules assistant can answer questions along the way.
For sales-tax questions, contact the Texas Comptroller: 800-252-5555 · comptroller.texas.gov. You are responsible for verifying which of your products are taxable.
